These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by Ring Service Co Inc d/b/a Dupont Jewelers (“[Brand],” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Program description

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. You may also use STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

After you opt out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from this program unless you opt in again by texting START.

The program should work with major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. You are responsible for notifying us if you change or deactivate that number.

9. What we collect

10. No sharing of mobile opt-in data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

12. Changes
